Edinburgh, Exeter and everything

I know I've not posted anything for ages - I've been a bit busy! Needless to say this means that very little has happened in relation to PALS, but I do have a 3 day weekend with very little planned in it, so I'm hoping to get some of the next issue written and ready to go - it's due out at the end of the month.

Anyway, lots else has happened - we spent a fun weekend in Edinburgh for my birthday; got to see the castle, climb up a mini mountain and see some friends, and then went back to Exeter for a week. Went to a wedding, visited the beach, saw family and friends and had LOTS of wedding appointments - dress fittings, florists, the venue, registrar, minister and many more...everything went really well though and I'm very happy and feeling much more relaxed about the whole thing than I was a month ago. Actually starting to get very excited!

I now have lots of photos to upload to our website, news to tell my pals (they are still getting general letters because there is no time!) and many more bits to do on-line. This is my first day back to work and reality, and I am finding it very hard to get back into work mode! Especially as I know I only have a month left in this job...

More news later today/ tomorrow I expect, when I am at home and have had a chance to update other things - oh, and once we have picked up our wedding rings tomorrow. Can't wait, they are so pretty! Ah well, only 2 hours left and then another 3 days off. Hoorah!

Now if I was the sort of person who would take any chance to plug a website, I would plug the site of the church the minister works for (Broadclyst
Baptist Church
)...
