Week 27

Back on track. For one week at least. We're now on to a cauliflower - and it's starting to feel like it!

Weeks 16-26

OK, so it's fair to say I've been rather lax with my baby fruit sizes... considering I last posted at 15 weeks, and I'm now on week 27. I'm not sure leaving posting 12 weeks is considered 'regular'...

To make up for it, here are the fruits that I should have been posting between weeks 16 and 26. A number of weeks are missing because, well, we just don't eat turnips, spaghetti squash or large ears of corn very often, so opportunities to take photos of them are limited. We do however eat:

Bell peppers. This could alternatively have been a sweet potato:

18 weeks
Small bananas. Or, if you prefer, artichokes. Or just 'na-na!' if you're our 18 month old middle child:
20 weeks
Carrots:
21 weeks
Courgettes. Or perhaps a red cabbage:
26 weeks

Week 15

This could equally have been an orange...

Baby #3

It's been nearly a year since I posted on this blog. Back in July 2015, I documented our 3-month trip to California by taking a photo every day in an attempt to represent what we were doing whilst we were away.

Whilst I'm still planning on uploading photos this time around, the theme is a little different. I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant with baby #3, and who doesn't wonder what size their baby is when they're pregnant? So, in a total failure to be innovative, I'm going with the size of fruit that represents the baby. which means there won't be more than one post a week, and possibly not that - depending on the fruits on offer, what I have pictures of, and what else is happening that week!

Anyway, I'm making a start with a lemon, one of the two fruits that represent the size of the baby at 14 weeks (the other being a nectarine).

Day 79: Sunday 20 September

... or thereabouts!

Time for a sleep on the plane on the way home. She was happier about this than she looks.

THE END
