Anna's PALS

This blog lets people know about updates to Anna and Dan's website, which are usually photo-related. So, why the title Anna's PALS? Originally the PALS blog was designed to let people know more about the process of what went into writing the PALS newsletter, a newsletter aimed at reaching people who love writing letters. This blog was created in January 2006, and suffered a two-year hiatus when PALS ceased to be produced. It began to be updated again in June 2014.

Day 54: Wednesday 26 August

The Discovery Walk, really near Dan's office at Stanford University. I had two sleeping children so even got to read and appreciate some of it!

Anna Lawson: I live in Bristol with my husband Dan (who I married in July 2007), my son Joe (born 2012) and daughter Jess (born 2015). I work at UWE (the University of the West of England) in Bristol as a Research and Open Access Librarian. I'm orginally from Exeter, so moving back to Bristol is a bit like coming home - especially as I studied for my undergraduate degree here (also at UWE). I love travelling and movies, although I get to do a lot less of both since the birth of our children. Although we have still managed to fit in holidays to the Isles of Scilly, Chamonix and a summer in California since Joe was born.
